Twenty-four Students Receive Full Scholarship Under VP/GM and CSF Schemes
Twenty-four underprivileged students from the catchment communities have received scholarships for the duration of their studies at the tertiary level from Chirano.
Immediate past VP/GM Terence Watungwa said this is part of efforts to provide support for the improvement of education through the provision of infrastructure, teacher incentives and human capital development. Six (6) students were awarded the General Manager’s Scholarship Scheme, and 18 students were awarded the Chirano Sef[1]wiman Foundation Scholarship Scheme.

A beneficiary, Andyla Dansowaa Aboagyewaa on behalf of the award[1]ees, thanked Chirano for the opportunity and promised “to study hard and give back to society after school.
